Paleo Recipes

The paleo diet, also known as the paleolithic or “caveman” diet, is a dietary plan based on the types of foods that are believed to have been eaten by humans during the paleolithic era, which lasted from about 2.5 million to 10,000 years ago. This diet is characterized by the consumption of whole, unprocessed foods that are high in protein and fiber and low in carbohydrates, sugar, and unhealthy fats. The paleo diet includes a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and lean meats, and excludes processed foods, grains, legumes, dairy products, and foods that contain added sugars and unhealthy fats.
